APPLICATION FORM CONNECT NOW PET APPLICATION


The ConnectNow Form is permission for a third party to connect your utilities for you. It is a service we offer our tenants, however there is no obligation to use this free service. If you wish to do so and agree to be contacted directly by a representative of this service, please complete the following form and forward with your application form.

Declaration

  1. I/We have viewed the premises and acknowledge that in the event I/We are approved for the Tenancy, I/we have a 24 hour option period to accept or decline the property and must notify Rental Domain of this decision.
  2. Once I/We have accepted the property, I/We will be required to collect, read, sign and return the lease to Rental Domain within 48hrs along with payment of the first weeks rent. The second weeks rent and bond must be paid in cleared funds by money order or bank cheque to our office prior to the collection of the keys at lease commencement date. I/We understand that after the set 48hrs that it would be breaking the set lease agreement if I/we decide to not continue with the tenancy.
  3. I/We have the knowledge that upon approval, Connect Now will be in contact with us to help with my/our moving needs and to let Rental Domain know if you do not want to use this service.
  4. Tenants to pay all water.

100 POINTS – PROOF OF IDENTITY

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PHOTOCOPIES OF YOUR IDENTIFICATION AND PROOF OF INCOME, WHEN APPLYING FOR A PROPERTY.

*Last four Rent Receipts / Tenant ledger (on letterhead) 50 points
*Photo ID (Drivers Licence / 18+ Card / Passport) 40 points
Copy of Birth Certificate 40 points
Copy of Birth Certificate 40 points
Health Care / Pension Card 40 points
*Proof of Income 30 points
Health Care / Pension Card 40 points
Medicare Card 25 points
Copy of previous Phone, Electricity, Gas accounts 10 points
Current Motor Vehicle Registration papers 10 points
It is your responsibility to provide these copies to our office. If you request us to photocopy these items, you will be charged at a cost of $0.50 per page.
Should you not be able to meet the 100 points please speak to the Property Manager

* Applications will not be processed unless the following is provided:

  1. Photo identification – Passport, Drivers Licence or 18+ Card.
  2. 2 references from previous lessor/Agents.
  3. Supporting proof of income – payslips or Centrelink income statement.
